The MILL is located at 106 Temple Street in historic downtown Villa Rica.\n\nThere is a $20 charge to register for each space\, and a two- space limit. You must be registered by Friday\, April 20thby 4 pm. Registration fees cash\, check or credit card can be paid at Villa Rica City Hall\, located at 571 W. Bankhead Highway.\n\n*No refunds will be issued once you have registered.*\n\n\n\nThe sale begins at 8:00 am until 1:00 pm. Setup is from 7:00 am until 8:00 am. Cleanup is from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. No early birds\, please.\n\n \n\nParticipants understand and agree that he/she assumes all risks for loss\, damage\, liability\, injury\, cost or expense that may arise during or be caused in any way by such use or occupancy of City of Villa Rica ("city") facilities. Applicant agrees that in consideration of being permitted to use said facilities\, Applicant will save and hold the city\, and/or its employees free and harmless from any loss\, claims and liability or damages\, and/or injuries to persons and property caused in any way by applicant's use or occupancy of said facilities. Applicant agrees to be held responsible for removing all of their items brought onto city property or face the possibility of being charged. Setup and take down of seller's items will be within the time frame set by city\, anyone not adhering to the start and end times may be expelled from the event or be fined. Items not allowed for sale or distribution include any type of food\, new or handmade items\, candy\, beverage\, alcohol\, medicine\, drugs or paraphernalia\, pets\, endangered animal parts or ivory\, plants\, pornography\, poppers\, fireworks\, switchblades\, fixed blades\, firearms\, or weapons. Only articles and merchandise in good taste and not offensive will be allowed. Restricted items are at the discretion of city event staff. There are no pets\, smoking or vaping allowed at The MILL.
