DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, August 13 at 4pm\, O'Neal Plaza in downtown Douglasville will be replaced with a magical fairytale kingdom as the theatre company "A Company of Friends" brings "The Fairytale Fables" to our fair land. The show is part of the CAC's Family ArtVentures! program.  The 45-50' show is free and suitable for children and all ages.  Adding to the festive nature of the day\, Coldstone Creamery will be on hand selling their ice cream for $2 a serving.\n\n\n\n"Fairytale Fables" is the story of the Fairy Godmother's quest to find out who has been robbing Cinderella and Snow White.  With some luck and a little magic\, lots of audience interaction and plenty of  laughter the case will be solved.  This musical theatre performance has ornate costumes\, beautiful songs and a lesson of honesty\, friendship and trust to enrich the story being told.
