You will leave with tangible tools that are guaranteed to make you a more effective negotiator.  \n\n\n\nABOUT THE SPEAKER:\n\nDr. Chapman earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior/HR Management and M.B.A. from Georgia State University and her BBA from the University of West Georgia. While pursuing her doctorate\, she taught Negotiation and HR Management at Georgia State University. She was the recipient of the Waino Suojanen Research Award two years consecutively at Georgia State University. She is an active member of the Academy of Management and Southern Management Association\, and she frequently consults with various organizations on negotiation and leadership.
