DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a Ribbon Cutting to celebrate and welcome Brighten Academy Charter School's Grocery Store to our community!\n\n\n\nRibbon Cutting ceremonies are a free service that we provide to Visibility\, Strategic & Cornerstone Chamber Investors. These events offer new business the chance to invite members\, the Board of Directors\, Chamber Ambassadors\, and City and County officials to their location as well as speak about their business.\n\n\n\n\n\nThe BACS Grocery Store is a student-led initiative created to support families in our school community. The initial concern that led to the creation of the store was to help families who were affected by the government shutdown and the reduction in food stamp benefits. Through this effort\, students play an active role in identifying needs and helping provide access to food and essential grocery items for families who may need extra support. The goal of BACS Grocery Store is to ensure that no family goes without basic necessities during challenging times.
