DESCRIPTION:The City of Douglasville is hosting its first Career Fair sponsored by Mercer University.  The Career Fair is designed to assist employers\, recruiters and schools by providing a comfortable space between themselves and potential employees.  Job seekers will be available to seek information from potential coworkers by seeking face-to-face interaction.  The Inaugural Career Fair will consist of 30-35 vendors providing information about their company and requesting information from employment seekers as well as supply an onsite resource center to help individuals with resume building and interview tips.  This event will target new employment seekers as well as those individuals looking to start a new opportunity throughout the Metro Atlanta area.  \n\n\n\nParticipants Include:  Mercer University\, Gordon Food Service\, Janus International\, Douglas County School System\, Old Navy\, Dental Staff School\, Bojangles\, Caraustar Industries\, Elwood Staffing\, Randstad and many more!  The Atlanta Regional Commission will also have its Mobile Career Unit onsite for those who are seeking career advice\, resume training\, interview tips\, etc.!
