DESCRIPTION:The Douglas County Fire/EMS Department is hosting an open house as a kickoff event for Fire Prevention Week on Saturday\, October 7\, 2017 from 11:00 am-2:00pm. \n\n\n\nWe will be hosting elementary school aged children in a junior firefighter skill challenge at Headquarters\, located at 6856 Broad Street.  ALL children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.\n\n\n\nWe will be hosting an open house at Fire Station 10\, located at 6771 Church Street.  There will be informal tours of the station\, fire trucks set up for display\, and firefighters on hand to answer any quesitons you may have.\n\n\n\nPlease help us spread the word!
