On average\, over 150 community and business leaders attend this monthly event\, which features a guest speaker and catered lunch.\n\n\n\nAbout the Speaker:\n\nDewey L. McClain is an American former professional football player\, labor leader\, and politician. As member of the Democratic Party\, McClain serves in the Georgia House of Representatives\, representing the 100th district.  Dewey played five years in the National Football League with the Atlanta Falcons and two years in the United States Football League with the Oakland Invaders and Oklahoma Outlaws. He has been inducted into the ECU College Hall of Fame\, Freedom Bowl Hall of Fame\, and the Atlanta Tribune Magazine Hall of Fame. Dewey currently serves on many boards\, volunteered for numerous organizations and been honored with many community and service awards.
