On average\, over 150 community and business leaders attend this monthly event\, which features a guest speaker and catered lunch.\n\n\n\nTOPIC: Creating a Thriving Community: It Takes a Village\n\n\n\nKeynote Speaker: Maxwell Kagan \n\nMaxwell Kagan is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for WellStar Medical Group. Max brings nearly 20 years of experience in audit and healthcare finance. Prior to joining WellStar\, he served as Vice President\, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Presbyterian Medical Group (PMG)\, in Albuquerque\, N.M.  Earlier in his career\, he held leadership roles at Centura Health Physician Group in Colorado and with Arthur Andersen's Phoenix office.  Max earned his bachelor's degree in accounting and his master's in business \n\nadministration from the University of New Mexico. He has volunteered for several community boards\, committees and non-profit initiatives including the Bernalillo County Audit Committee\, the UNM Anderson School of Business Alumni Association\, the Lukemia and Lymphoma Society and the United Way. Max was recently recognized as one of Albuquerque's top young professionals under 40 as an award recipient of the 2016 Albuquerque Business First's "40 under 40" award.
