We will outline our plans for the start of our build\, as well as sponsor and volunteer opportunities. Please come and bring a friend!\n\n- - -\n\nIn Fall of 2017\, NW Metro Atlanta Habitat will break ground on a new community of houses in the City of Douglasville. Eight affordable homes will be built exclusively for military veterans who\n\n	are current residents of Douglas County\n	will be first time homebuyer and\n	are willing to commit to the sweat equity of 300 hours as required to become a Habitat homebuyer\n\nEach House is built by local volunteers and is financially sponsored by local companies and faith-based groups who seek to eliminate piverty housing in Douglas County.
