This newsletter is printed by the Douglas County Sentinel and distributed to over 11\,000 residents and Chamber members.\n	Promote the event (Facebook\, Twitter\, Instagram\, Networking Event announcements\, etc.)\n	Email invitations to all Chamber members beginning three weeks prior to the event\n	List event on the Chamber's website: www.douglascountygeorgia.com\n	Manage guest registration list\n	Chamber Diplomats and staff to greet guests and manage registration\n	Programming for the event to include agenda\, speakers\, etc.\n\n \n\n The sponsor is responsible for providing:\n\n\n	The sponsorship fee of $500 (Due to the full year promotion of the sponsorship\, no cancellations will be accepted).\n	A space large enough to accommodate approximately 30 guests. If a facility other than your own will be used\, we require you utilize a Chamber Member or the Chamber Office.\n	An area for check-in with a table\, two chairs and a small trash can.\n	Food and beverages to accommodate 30 guests. If outside catering is needed\, a list of approved Chamber Member caterers and restaurants will be provided and must be used.\n	A representative to give a three-minute address about your business
