DESCRIPTION:Leadership requires decision-making. Some decisions are split-second responses and others entail slower\, more reflective deliberations. Taking a mindful approach to decision-making can provide leaders with tools for intentional decision-making\, resulting in more flexible thinking\, greater openness to fresh interpretations\, and increased sensitivity to context and ethics.
