DESCRIPTION:Child Safety Seat Inspection Station (CSSIS): One-on-one time with parent/caregiver to provide education on proper car seat use\, as well as hands-on help for car seat installations. Appointments are generally scheduled in 45 minute time slots. \n\n\n\nCar Seat Distribution Program: Applicant must be a residents of Douglas County and provide proof that he/she is receiving assistance\, such as WIC\, medicaid or PeachCare. Please call 770.949.5155 for more details and to schedule an appointment. Applicant must participate in CSSIS education (outlined above) to be eligible for reduced-cost car seat. if applicant is not a resident of Douglas County\, he/she may call and receive information on programs available in his/her county of residence.
