DESCRIPTION:Douglas County residents will be able to bring their personal documents\, tax records\, financial reports\, old love letters - anything on paper! - to the Douglas County Courthouse on Saturday morning\, April 22nd. for "The Great Douglas County Shredding Event"\, sponsored by Minor Realty Group/Keller Williams Cityside\, and the Douglas County Department of Communications and Community Relations.\n\n \n\n Douglas County is bringing two bank-quality shredding trucks to the Courthouse parking lot\, and residents will be able to "drive through" to have their papers shredded while they watch.  Shredded papers will be disposed of in a FDIC-approved disposal facility.\n\n \n\nThe event will be held from 9 a.m. - 12 noon\, and residents will be directed through the Courthouse parking lot to the drive-through area.  However\, if the two trucks fill up\, the event will end at that time\, so residents are encouraged to come early.\n\n \n\nThe event is free\, and open to the Public. The shredding is limited to the personal records of County residents\; businesses are not eligible for this service.\n\n \n\nMinor Realty Group and Douglas County Communications and Community Relations are sponsoring "The Great Douglas County Shredding Event"  to protect our residents' identity and safety.\n\n \n\nMinor Realty Group/Keller Williams Cityside is a full-service professional realty company that has the philosophy that clients come first and pledging to make home buying an amazing experience!
