2015 Leadership Douglas Dec.

The mission of Leadership Douglas (LD) is to identify, encourage and develop leadership abilities so that its participants grow both personally and professionally.  Only 25 students are selected for the ten-month program which selects diverse and qualified individuals to provide a structured program that enhances leadership skills and community involvement for the betterment of all citizens, businesses, organizations and governments in Douglas County.  The class runs on the first Thursday of each month annually from August-May and is run by a volunteer committee of LD alumni.
