Event Sponsor - $500
To prepare for your event, the Chamber will:
- Feature your company in the Chamber’s newsletter Chamber Connect. This newsletter is printed by the Douglas County Sentinel and distributed to over 11,000 residents and Chamber members.
- Promote the event (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Networking Event announcements, etc.)
- Email invitations to all Chamber members beginning three weeks prior to the event
- List event on the Chamber’s website: www.douglascountygeorgia.com
- Manage guest registration list
- Chamber Diplomats and staff to greet guests and manage registration
- Programming for the event to include agenda, speakers, etc.
The sponsor is responsible for providing:
- The sponsorship fee of $500 (Due to the full year promotion of the sponsorship, no cancellations will be accepted).
- A space large enough to accommodate approximately 30 guests. If a facility other than your own will be used, we require you utilize a Chamber Member or the Chamber Office.
- An area for check-in with a table, two chairs and a small trash can.
- Food and beverages to accommodate 30 guests. If outside catering is needed, a list of approved Chamber Member caterers and restaurants will be provided and must be used.
- A representative to give a three-minute address about your business
