This HR seminar will include recent developments/hot topics session with the FLSA changes. There will also include a section on how existing laws are being applied to cases of gender identify and sexual orientation discrimination (including a bit about bathroom issues), new OSHA regulations on accident reporting and non-retaliation, higher OSHA penalties, joint employment issues, and some of the more interesting ways that the NLRB has been inserting itself into non-union employment relationships.
