Darius Elder, an Atlanta native, has a background in Sociology and Education, with over 30 years of leadership experience. He founded Lead180 Coaching & Consulting focusing on life and leadership development. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, he offers workshops, coaching, and speaking engagements to enhance leadership skills. Darius enjoys travel, exercise, bowling, movies, and spending time with his family. His greatest joy is serving his bride, Kenya (24 years) and girls Jazlin and Kiersten.
