J & SP Training Institute presents: Matters of the Heart

In honor of American Heart Health Month, join us in a discussion about heart health and healthy relationships!

Get your usual Sweet Southern treats, along with our Heart Healthy Hot Chocolate Bar and snap some cute pics at our Photo Booth. And who knows...Maybe even a surprise live performance!

We will kick off the afternoon with a presentation by cardiologist Richard Block. He will cover heart disease and his personal journey to maintaining a healthy heart.

The event will conclude with Relationship Therapist Lyrica Solomon. She will discuss how to foster healthy relationships in your life and will help you achieve those #relationshipgoals in 2020!

We will also have an up-in-coming small business owner, Karen Aylwin, also known for her business The Tipsy Lady Jellies as a vendor at our event. She will be selling her custom wine jellies!

To raise awareness and to support the importance of heart health, we will be donating the proceeds of this event to The American Heart Association.
