The CarePlace Opens Aug. 2013
The CarePlace will open to those patients who have been prequalified via The Pantry. To become a patient at The CarePlace please go to The Pantry on August 3 or 10, 2013 between the hours of 9 am and 11:30 am and there will be a representative there to assist you with the qualification process.
The Pantry is located at 5960 Stewart Parkway, Douglasville, GA 30135.
