This fast-paced, interactive session will cover some of the most pressing HR matters of the day that cause HR Professionals to lose sleep at night and offer some practical tips for minimizing and, hopefully, avoiding liability.

Among other things, this interactive session will cover dealing with the #MeToo Movement, vindictive former employees, negative social media posts, government investigations, modified duty requests and requests for accommodations, garnishments and unemployment claims.  Attendees will have ample opportunity to offer their feedback and to ask pertinent questions.
