PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Oversees the operations and instructional functions of the school: ensures compliance with charter school law, state board rule, non-profit law, and the charter; implements the mission and core beliefs in the school; oversees budget development and the fiscal health; acts as a liaison between the school, Governing Board, the Douglas County School System, and the community, Serves as the Chief Operations Officer leading overall management of the school, including personnel.
