Computer Technician (A+ Certified)
Company Overview: Open and Close the establishment Team with the Front Desk Administrator to improve processes, as deemed necessary Identify, repair, and resolve clients' computer repair concerns Assist with IT helpdesk requests Maintain record of all helpdesk tickets, including resolution Provide advice on most suitable IT choice for new solution Manage IT inventory for the office Serve as first point of contact for our clients Contact hardware vendors for warranty replacement or repairs Perform various administrative and office related tasks, as deemed necessary Qualifications, Skills and Experience required: High School/GED A+ Comptia Certification Desktop support: 2 years Computer hardware: 2 years General understanding of computer systems and networks Willingness to learn and possess a positive, can-do attitude Strong organizational, quantitative, and verbal/written communications skills Strong multi-tasking skills Excellent follow through, judgment, and common sense Excellent attention to detail Strong knowledge Microsoft Office Services Ability to communicate effectively and work closely with fellow team members Trustworthiness Job Type: Full-Time & Part-time
