Front Desk Administrator

 Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service

  • Answer incoming calls

  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar of events

  • Initiate, create, and close service requests for incoming computers

  • Maintain attractiveness of the front end of the shop

  • Create and provide weekly, quarterly, and annual reports for the owner and accountant

  • Support technicians with administrative tasks

  • Maintain inventory of equipment and office essentials

 
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or relevant qualification

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role

  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

 
Nice to haves:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs (Word and Excel)

  • Social Media Marketing experience (various platforms)

Job Type: Full-Time 
Pay: $12/hr
