Impoweredd Educational Consulting offers transition coaching/planning for parents of student athletes, new, novice and struggling school principals, and life coaching for women going through challenging life transitions, fostering growth and success.

Our unique services cater to parents of athletes, schools leaders, and women experiencing life transitions. We help parents of athletes navigate the complex journey of preparing and positioning their children for success, ensuring they meet their goals and earn scholarships. Our personalized coaching provides an Individualized Athlete Plan (IAP) with invaluable insights and strategies to optimize athletic performance, academic achievement, and scholarship opportunities. We also connect families to partners who can help them meet their goals.

For schools, we offer the PrinSupport™ program, providing professional development as well as leadership development in the form of principal coaching/mentoring for new, novice, and struggling principals. Our program empowers school leaders with the support and assistance needed to enhance their leadership skills, improve school climate, and drive academic success.

In addition, we provide transition life coaching for women facing significant life changes such as career changes, athletic/academic moves, relationship status changes, and empty-nesting with 1:1
