Founder/President of a Georgia-based nonprofit organization with over 16 years’ experience in Workforce Development. I am the co-author of “Engaging and Working with African-American Fathers: Strategies and Lessons Learned”. In addition, I serve as a board member for the Atlanta Regional Commission and the Atlanta Regional Workforce Development Board. I am on the Steering Committee for the Livable Centers Initiative and a member of the Historic Preservation Commission for the City of Villa Rica. I am a graduate from Leadership Douglas Class of 2021, owner of O’Neal Enterprises, LLC., Everything Chocolate Gourmet Bakery, Inc., an ordained minister, mother of two amazing children and a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
