About Us

At Pivotal Connections, LLC, I offer parenting & family coaching, as well as leadership development services. What I enjoy most is using my signature programs, Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member content and resources, and my firsthand experiences - as a business leader, military veteran, military spouse, and parent - to prepare, inspire, value, optimize, and transform (PIVOT) people who are committed to personal and professional growth. Regarding the value of these firsthand experiences, I strongly agree with what American saxophonist Charlie Parker once said: "If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn."

My ideal clients are individuals, families, teams, or organizations truly committed to growth. That is why making a good initial connection with potential clients is so important to me. When this happens, I can propose and deliver programs that truly meet their personal and/or professional needs. My heart beats even stronger for parenting and NextGen/Youth program opportunities!

In September 2024, Trinity Broadcasting Network published my first book, entitled "Giving, Recklessly: Testimonials and Examples to Inspire Higher Levels of Generosity." In this Christian faith-based book, I challenge readers to show generosity in seven specific ways: 1) random acts of kindness, 2) hospitality, 3) care, encouragement, and mentorship, 4) candor, 5) belongingness, 6) time, and 7) enduring friendships. My book is available online through Barnes and Noble, Walmart, and Amazon. I am also available for speaking engagements related to this topic.
