As the Founder and CEO of Pivotal Connections LLC, I use and share my lifelong experiences - as a business leader, military veteran, military spouse, and parent - to prepare, inspire, value, optimize, and transform (PIVOT) current and aspiring leaders.
As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, I also use an array of learning systems, developed by world-renowned leadership expert, John C. Maxwell, to create life-changing experiences for adults, parents, families, and youth who are committed to personal and professional growth.

I specialize in adult and youth leadership development, parenting and family coaching, and personal development coaching. In addition to utilizing learning systems and tools developed by world-renowned leadership expert John C. Maxwell, I also facilitate an array of signature programs designed to meet my customers' unique training needs. My ultimate goal is to provide energetic and interactive forums for individuals, teams, and families committed to personal and/or professional growth. I obtained an MBA degree from Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, GA, and a BA degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN. I am also a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member and hold a Certificate in Personal Development Coaching from The CAPP Institute.
