Field Service Engineer

Office based, install, service, troubleshoot, and support plastics machinery vision inspection systems.
Must have electrical/electronic or automation experience, strong problem solving skills, customer service ability, and travel up to 50%.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong communication, documentation and customer service skills
  • On-site customer service including installation of Avalon Vision systems, troubleshooting and training.
  • Support product development and testing.
  • Support Sales and Applications department as needed.
  • Support in-house diagnostic/repair of Avalon systems sent in by customers.
