Corporate Sales Manager - Foxhall Resort and Sporting Club
Location: Douglasville, GA (On-site) Foxhall Resort and Sporting Club, a premier destination for luxury hospitality and corporate events, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving corporate account growth, managing group sales, and fostering lasting relationships with clients to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Nestled in the heart of Georgia, Foxhall Resort and Sporting Club offers world-class accommodations, event spaces, and recreational activities. Located in the vibrant and growing community of Douglasville, GA, our resort offers a dynamic work environment just minutes from Atlanta’s bustling metropolitan area. Manage Corporate Accounts: Oversee corporate group sales and memberships, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction with existing accounts. Drive Revenue Growth: Solicit new and past business to meet ambitious quarterly and annual booking goals for guestrooms, event rentals, and food & beverage revenues. Corporate Membership Development: Secure new corporate memberships to expand our client base. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities. Revenue Tracking: Ensure all contracts meet eligibility criteria for incentive programs, including full payment and adherence to approval processes. Lead with Impact: Take ownership of corporate sales strategies, driving measurable results that elevate Foxhall Resort’s reputation as a premier destination. Competitive Salary: Attractive base salary, paid bi-weekly. Group Sales Bonus: Performance-based bonus tied to achieving quarterly and year-to-date booking goals for guestroom, event rental, and food & beverage revenues (excluding taxes, fees, and ineligible charges). Contracts must be paid in full and approved (no unapproved discounts) to qualify. Corporate Membership Commission: Commission on initiation fees for all new corporate memberships, paid quarterly, with no minimum or maximum cap. Insurance: Eligible for health, dental, vision, and term life insurance starting the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in group sales or membership programs. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Knowledge of the hospitality industry and corporate event planning is a plus.
