What You’ll Do
As a Community Representative, you’ll be the face of Serenity Empire to prospective residents, their families, and referral partners. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll:
- Build meaningful relationships with families, referral sources, and community organizations.
- Use your top-notch communication skills to guide families through the decision-making process with empathy and confidence.
- Create personalized, engaging community tours to showcase our exceptional living environment.
- Drive census growth by developing and executing sales strategies that deliver results.
- Represent Serenity Empire at networking events, senior expos, and outreach initiatives to build our brand.
- Partner with internal teams to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless move-in experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking upbeat, people-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a difference. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Sales Savvy: A proven track record of exceeding sales goals (2-3 years of experience preferred).
- Industry Know-How: Familiarity with senior living, healthcare services, or related industries is a big plus!
- Compassion & Connection: The ability to truly listen and build trust with families during emotional transitions.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong time-management skills to handle leads, follow-ups, and CRM systems like a pro.
- Local Expertise: Knowledge of Atlanta’s senior living market and referral networks is highly desirable.
