• Must have at least 3 years of recent warehouse experience and 3 years of supervisor or lead experience is required
• Must be 18 Years of Age
• Must have a high school diploma
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Plans, organizes, and monitors the movement of inventory with a high focus on proper inventory controls to satisfy internal and external customer requirements
• Provide feedback regarding staffing levels to accomplish the department's mission in an effective and efficient manner.
• Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors, and evaluates performance of all department associates
• Monitors staff’s time and attendance; reviews timecards daily, schedules and approves authorized overtime, monitors employee breaks, and approves scheduled and unscheduled time off
• Require operation of various types of power equipment to move product from reserve to active locations
• Ensures the safe operation of material handling equipment by associates within the operation (OSHA compliance, maintenance schedule, QA checks, observation of equipment use, training, and appropriate record keeping). Counsels, records, and disciplines as necessary
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment and resources; maintains compliance with established policies and procedures, performs daily audits of the production floor and equipment organization and cleanliness, proactively addresses housekeeping issues on the production floor
• Must possess the ability to communicate both verbally and written at a professional level.
• Effective Team Leadership are a must
• Organization, time management, and critical thinking skills are essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Email.
• Power equipment and Material Equipment Handling skills/certification

• The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must regularly lift, push, and/or pull up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift, push, and/or pull up to 25 pounds, and may infrequently be required to lift, push, and/or pull up to 100 pounds. You will experience moderate noise levels from the warehouse/distribution center’s mechanical and computer equipment. You will often work near moving mechanical parts and will occasionally work from places high above the ground. You will be working in a warehouse environment with high temperatures (and occasionally cold temperatures.)
• Prior Supervisor experience, 2-5 years is a MUST.
• Prior Experience as a Production Supervisor is a plus.
• Prior Experience in a Distribution Facility is a plus.
• Prior experience in an E-commerce Fulfillment Operation is a plus.
• Saturday and Sunday availability is required

• Forklift Certified is a plus
